This course is suitable for both film and digital cameras

Course Content:
This course includes the following:
- An introduction to early leading photographers
- Two field trips
- Exercises in composition, depth of field, shutterspeeds, apertures
- Theory of equivalence
- Review of work produced during the course
- Framing design
- Free course booklet

Duration:
This is a one day course, run over 7 hours.
Sunday 11.30PM - 6.30PM (this time may vary due to seasonal conditions)

Prerequisites:
Students must bring their own camera equipment and be familiar with how to operate it.
It is highly recommended that a sturdy tripod is part of this equipment.
For field trips bring water, a light lunch, suitable shoes and comfortable clothing.

Bring at least 2 films of 24 exposures, 100 or 200 ASA or the equivalent in digital.

Class Numbers:
Up to 5 persons

Note: At times, due to adverse weather conditions field trips may be postponed. Affected students may join other classes on field trips, thereby increasing class numbers on such occasions.

Course Fee:
$ 115 per person and includes a booklet with course notes.
Coffee/tea and biscuits provided.
